Brandy Smith
West Texas born and raised, Brandy Smith grew up in Jacksboro and came to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. That background, rooted in understanding people and families, drives her client-centered approach to Social Security disability representation.
Brandy is a certified, SSA-approved non-attorney representative who has completed the Administration’s qualification process and extensive background screening. She is fully bonded and insured. Her practice is built for real-world results: she has helped many clients who were previously unsuccessful in winning their Social Security claims, and she is known for clear communication, meticulous record development, and steady advocacy through every stage of the case.

Brandy represents adult claimants and also partners with parents of disabled children who need guidance through the SSI application and appeals process. Her service is truly turn-key. Once you become a client, she handles the matter from the initial application through reconsideration, hearing, and, when necessary, Appeals Council review. She coordinates with medical providers, gathers and organizes evidence, prepares you for hearings, submits targeted briefs, and manages all deadlines so nothing is missed.
Clients choose Brandy for her West Texas work ethic, practical problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to doing the hard, detailed work that Social Security cases require. If you need a knowledgeable advocate who will take ownership of the process and keep you informed at every step, Brandy is ready to help.
